Game Day 9.23

I didn't know if we'd get to play today with the severe weather we've had. The rain held off long enough for us to get the games played though. We jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the first half before giving up 2 scores in the second half. A tenacious defense was enough for us to hold on to a 3-2 victory. Congratulations to Sara for getting Offensive Player of the Game, Raegan for Defensive Player of the Game, Alicia for the Hustle Award and Kayla for MVP. Thanks also to James and Karen Woulfe for bringing snacks.


Our next game is this Thursday at 5:30 on field 2A. It's the field right next to the concession stand. Make a note of the time so you won't arrive too early. We'll need to be at the field ready to go at 5:15. We will be wearing Blue. Brad Webster, Savannah's dad, will be in charge of snacks.
